The annual Christmas Party, and the last event of the year.
Buffet Party at The Roppongi Hills Club (Roppongi Hills, 51st floor).
With an ardent wish that the weather will be cooler by then, we have planned another seated dinner at The Tokyo Club. The evening will include pre-dinner drinks, a full course meal and after-dinner drinks.
The Tokyo Club holds a special place in the history of the Society, as many of our regular meetings were held there before the WWII, given that numerous members also belonged to the Club. The current clubhouse was designed by the renowned architect Yoshio Taniguchi (1937-2024), who was himself a member of The Tokyo Club. His notable works include the Gallery of Horyuji Treasures at the Tokyo National Museum, Tokyo Sea Life Park, and the renovation of MOMA(NYC) in 2004.
In order for the Society to continue enjoying the Club's special ambience, good food and its excellent service, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the Dress Codes and House Rules when attending.
This event is always very popular, so please make sure to sign up early if you would like to secure your spot.

The final meeting before the summer holidays will be a joint event with Harvard Club of Japan and Brown University Club of Japan on Thursday July 10th at International House of Japan (Roppongi).
This will be an excellent opportunity to mingle socially with alumni of the two Ivy League schools over drinks and buffet dinner in a relaxed setting.

As we are expecting the temperature to rise at this time of the year, please be sure to adhere to the dress codes of The Tokyo Club (=jackets required but ties optional for gentlemen, no spaghetti straps or short dresses for ladies. No denim, sandals or sport shoes of any sort please) to avoid being denied entry.
