We are delighted to offer another opportunity for a seated dinner at The Tokyo Club. The evening will include pre-dinner drinks, a full course meal and after-dinner drinks.
The Tokyo Club holds a special place in the history of the Society, as according to our records, many of our regular meetings were held there before WWII, given that numerous members also belonged to the Club. The current clubhouse was designed by the renowned architect Yoshio Taniguchi (1937-2024), who was himself a member of The Tokyo Club. His notable works include the Gallery of Horyuji Treasures at the Tokyo National Museum, Tokyo Sea Life Park, and the renovation of MOMA(NYC) in 2004.
In order for the Society to continue enjoying the Club's special ambience, good food and its excellent service, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the Dress Codes and House Rules when attending.
This event is always very popular, so please make sure to sign up early if you would like to secure your spot.
