Upcoming events

The first event of 2026 will be a seated dinner at our home turf, The Tokyo Club. Reception desk will open at 18:00. Drinks will be served from 18:30, followed by a full course dinner from 19:00. 

Please be mindful of the strict dress codes of The Tokyo Club (Business suits with a tie for gentlemen, equivalent attire for ladies. Leather shoes required - no sneakers or sandals of any kind please) if you are planning to attend. 

This venue is always very popular, so please look out for the event notices which will be sent by email in late January. 

We have reached capacity for this event, but you are still welcome to add your name on the waiting list via the Google Form link sent on January 29.  The Google Form will close at 6PM, Feb 3, 2026.

2026 C&O Spring Golf Tournament will take place at Hodogaya CC. 

This event is kindly organised by C&O Golf Secretary, Steven Thomas.

Spaces are limited, and spots for guests are subject to availability. If you wish to attend, please contact Steven Thomas directly by February 13, 2026. Please refer to the notices sent on Feb 1 for more details.

Let's celebrate the arrival of cherry blossoms season together at the aptly named "Sakura-no-ma" (Cherry Blossoms Room) at the Imperial Hotel! 

Come and enjoy free flow drinks and delicious buffet dinner in their elegant banqueting room.
