Please note the change of venue. The basement of the Ginza Tobu Hotel is being refurbished, so the room we normally use for 2nd Tuesday meetings is unavailable in February. From March, the 2nd Tuesday meetings will be held as usual at the Ginza Tobu.

Drinks will be available at the Rose & Crown on a 'nomihodai' (all-you-can-drink) basis, and a selection of English pub food will be served. Please note that because of space restrictions we can accept only twelve applications to attend this event. Also because of space restrictions, we have to break with our usual 2nd Tuesday system of inviting members to show up without giving notice of their intention to do so. If you wish to attend, therefore, please contact Tim Minton (t.minton[at]camford[dot]org). The deadline for replies is 11th February, but it is unlikely that any places will be left by that date.

Please notify the Honorary Secretaries (t.nakamura[at]camford[dot]org) if you change your email address, fax number or postal address. Every time a notice is circulated, we receive quite a few “delivery failure” notices. Failure to inform us of changes in your contact details may result in your removal from the mailing list and loss of membership.
